According to Art 6c para 2 of the proposed Roaming IV Regulation, the Commission, after having consulted BEREC, shall adopt implementing acts setting out the weighted average of maximum mobile termination rates.
On the basis of the criteria set out in the Regulation and according to the letter from the European Commission from 28 July 2015, BEREC will provide input to the European Commission at the latest on 9 October 2015.
