A draft proposition on the BEREC working structure

The BEREC Board of Regulators Plenary meeting in Stockholm in February 2014 mandated the BEREC Chair and Vice-chairs to look into the BEREC working structure and to come up with propositions in the next Plenary in the form of orientation debate seeking views and guidance from the Board of Regulators. The BEREC Plenary in Dublin discussed the development of the BEREC working structure and agreed that a more concrete proposition on the future structure would be discussed at the next Plenary in Rome. The Chair and the Vice-chairs prepared a proposal and submitted it to the Contact Network meeting in September in Vaduz and to a meeting organised by the BEREC Chair with the Expert Working Group Chairs on 10th of September in Brussels. The comments received from the Contact Network and the meeting with the Expert Working Group Chairs have been taken into account when finalising this document.
