On 28 July 2015 the European Commission adopted a Decision giving to agencies an ex ante agreement regarding implementing rules on measures concerning leave on personal grounds for officials and unpaid leave for temporary and contract staff of the European Union, which was communicated to the BEREC Office as an Agency to the EU.
