Ioanna Choudalaki

Co-chair of the International Roaming Working Group

Ioanna Choudalaki joined the Greek Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) in March 2005 and she has been working on, and managing, regulatory and competition projects covering market analysis, bottom-up cost modelling, investigation of anti-trust cases, mergers and spectrum valuation for almost 15 years. Prior to EETT, Ioanna worked for one of the top Fast Moving Consumer Goods companies. Since January 2016, she has been a drafter in the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC) Roaming Working Group (WG), where she supported the implementation of Roam Like At Home, and in December 2018, she was appointed Co-Chair of this WG. 

Ioanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Master of Science in Finance and Economics from London School of Economics. 

In 2023 Ioanna is also a part of the BEREC Chair team – she is the Chair of the BEREC Contact Network.
