Conclusions from the 3rd BEREC Contact Network Meeting for 2013, 5-6 September 2013, The Hague

The BEREC Contact Network held its 3^rd meeting for 2013 on 5 and 6 September 2012 in The Hague (The Netherlands), kindly hosted by the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) of the Netherlands.

The meeting was attended by senior representatives of the National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) established in each EU Member State, EFTA States and the States that are candidates for accession to the EU with primary responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the markets for electronic communications networks and services. The European Commission also took part in the meeting and was also represented at an appropriate level.

The meeting was held in compliance with the meeting agenda presented in document BEREC CN (13) 42 (publicly available on the BEREC web site) and the CN discussed all topics to be passed to the Board of Regulators and the Management Committee of the BEREC Office during their forthcoming meetings to take place in Riga on 26 and 27 September 2013.

The current Conclusions present a short summary of the discussions and the conclusions made by the BEREC Contact Network and give an indication about the expected outcome form the forthcoming plenary meetings.
