The Agency for Support for BEREC (BEREC Office) based in Riga, Latvia, invites all interested economic operators to submit tenders for the on-going open tendering procedure for the provision of Interim Workers Services.

The overall objective of the framework contract(s) is to provide the BEREC Office with the necessary interim worker's services in a timely fashion and in line with the profiles requested. The BEREC Office may need interim workers as a complement to its staff under the following, indicative but not limited, circumstances:

(a) temporary replacement of BEREC Office staff member(s) in the event of (long-term) absences or leave;

(b) periods of a heavy workload, which require additional workforce for a fixed period of time;

(c) specific projects and/or tasks, to be performed on a temporary basis, which require specific competencies.

Estimated total value excluding VAT: 1 900 000.00 EUR

The BEREC Office uses the specialized electronic edition of the Official Journal of the EU for procurement – TED eTendering, the BEREC website and social media, to ensure the transparency of its procurement procedures.

TED eTendering is an EU institutions' eProcurement platform allowing free electronic access to call for tenders' documents such as contractual documentation, technical specifications, annexes, questions and answers etc., TED eTendering effectively represents an added-value extension to TED (Tenders Electronic Daily), the online version of the "Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union".

eTendering is also used for the electronic exchange of information between the BEREC Office and the potential contractors, as well as for the electronic submission of documents in response to call for tenders.
