Invitation to tender for the provision of audio-visual conference equipment and furniture and related services to BEREC Office

The Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications ('the BEREC Office') is planning to award a public contract for the provision of audio-visual conference equipment and furniture and related services.

Representatives of the potential tenderers are kindly invited to visit BEREC Office’s premises on the 20th of September 2016 at 10:00. During the site visit the printed copies of detailed layout of the meeting room and technical information will be provided. *

For the site visit, please, register by the email of BEREC Office, [email protected], providing name of the company, company registration number, company’s legal address and names of the representatives of your company by the 19th of September 2016, 12:00 am at the latest.

The entities interested in the contract have to submit a tender not later than the 17th of October 2016 under the conditions specified in the tender documentation.The opening of the tenders received will take place on the 31st of October 2016, at 11.00 am, at the BEREC Office premises located at Zigfrīda Annas Meierovica bulvāris № 14, 2nd floor, Riga LV-1050, Latvia.
