Invitation to tender "Provision of professional event organisation services in Europe and in the Republic of Latvia for BEREC and BEREC Office events"

The Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (hereinafter referred to as “the BEREC Office”) is planning to award public contract(s) for the provision of professional event organisation services in Europe and in the Republic of Latvia for BEREC and BEREC Office events.

The tender is divided in two different lots as follows:

• Lot 1 - provision of professional event organisation services on the territory of the Republic of Latvia;
• Lot 2 - provision of professional event organisation services Europe-wide excluding the territory of the Republic of Latvia.

If you are interested in the contract(s), you should submit a tender in one original and two copies not later than 19 April 2013 under the conditions specified in the documents provided bellow.

The opening of received tenders will take place on 13 May 2013 at 10:00 at BEREC Office premises located at Zigfrīda Annas Meierovica bulvāris № 14, 2nd floor, Riga LV-1050, Latvia.
