Scoping Memorandum of Performance Audit on Activities under Art.7 and 7a including Stakeholders Relationship Management and External Communication in the BEREC Office

According to the Strategic Internal Audit Plan the Commission Internal Audit Service (IAS) in 2015 has to audit the activities under Article 7 and 7a, including stakeholders relationship management and external communication, in the Office of the Body of European Regulators for Electronic Communications (BEREC Office).
The topic was selected following the audit risk assessment carried out in November 2012 as part of the preparation of the IAS's 2013-2015 Strategic Internal Audit Plan.
The current document determines the scope of the audit.
