According to Article 10 of Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 (the BEREC Regulation) the powers conferred on the appointing authority by the Staff Regulations of Officials of the EU and the powers conferred on the authority entitled to conclude contracts by the Conditions of employment of other servants of the EU shall be exercised by the Vice-Chair of the Management Committee.

To inform the Management Committee about his activity in exercising these powers the Vice-Chair from BNetzA has submitted to the 23rd Plenary Meeting of the Management Committee (5 June 2015, Bergen) the current Report on his activities in the period January - May 2015.

The current report contain information for use by the MC Members and therefore is not available to the public.
