Note from the Commission concerning the BEREC Office draft revised Financial Regulation to be adopted to align this Regulation to the revised FFR for the decentralised agencies. The Note contains the agreement of the Commission with the proposed financial rules, as required by Article 15 of the BEREC Regulation.

As annex to the Note the Commission has presented some comments on the draft BEREC Office Financial Regulation to be taken into account in the final version of the act.
