Pursuant to Article 10 (1) and (3) of the MC Rules of Procedure (MC (14) 70) the following documents have been submitted for approval by electronic voting procedure:
- MC (17) 04 Draft Annual and Multiannual Programming of the BEREC Office Activities for the period 2018-2020;
- MC (17) 05 Draft MC Decision on the adoption of the draft Annual and Multiannual Programming of the BEREC Office Activities for the period 2018-2020.

Both documents are submitted to the MC for approval for submission to the Commission by 31 January 2017, as required by the BEREC Office Financial Regulation.

The comments round was launched on 13 January 2017.
