BEREC Office MC Decision concerning the decision on IT security

There are many threats that can harm the confidentiality, integrity or availability of the BEREC Office communication and information systems and of the information processed therein. Communication and information systems need to be provided with a level of protection commensurate with the likelihood, impact and nature of the risks to which they are exposed. The BEREC Office has limited capacity to develop its own security of communication and information systems policy and standards due to its limited resources. Therefore the Management Committee considered applying the Commission Decision (EU, Euratom) 2017/46 by analogy for the BEREC Office.
