BEREC’s Review of the Common Positions on wholesale local access, wholesale broadband access and wholesale leased lines: draft BEREC report on the results from the public consultation on issues relating to non-discrimination held in the period 1-31 March 2012.

The draft report is submitted for approval by the 12th BEREC plenary to be held in Limassol on 27 an 28 September 2012.
