Follow-up Internal BEREC Report on Oligopoly Analysis and Regulation

BEREC considers tight oligopolies to be very relevant to the discussion of the future of ex ante regulation and the forthcoming review of the Regulatory Framework. This report therefore aims to address this subject by providing a more in depth theoretical assessment of the concept itself and to highlight practical aspects in regulating tight oligopolistic market outcomes. It follows-up the BEREC Report on oligopolies analysis and regulation published in 2015 and which introduced the concept of tight oligopolies.
