BEREC Report on the implementation of the Termination Rate Recommendation

In a context where the Recommendation on the regulatory treatment of termination rates in 2009 (Recommendation 2009/396/EC) should be reviewed not later than by the end of 2016, this report focuses on the implementation of the current Termination rate recommendation, and more generally the price control remedies imposed on SMP operators in fixed or mobile termination markets. The report makes an assessment of the implementation of the recommendation by NRAs.
