This document is an updated version of the benchmark of Fixed (FTR),  Mobile (MTR) and SMS Termination Rates prepared by the BEREC Benchmarking Expert Working Group in cooperation with the BEREC Termination Rates Expert Working Group and the BEREC Office. The report replaces the respective snapshots and offers an overview of rates for fixed and mobile interconnection services in Europe.

The present overview  is based upon the results of a request for information sent to NRAs in January 2015 referring - if not differently indicated - to data as of 1st January 2015. It should be noted that thirty six (36) NRAs provided data.
