Machine-to-Machine Communications: 2014 Internal Report

This internal report intends to present the results of the analysis on machine to machine (M2M) communications (services and applications) run by the M2M project team established within the BEREC Framework Implementation Expert Working Group (EWG). The M2M project team was created in 2013 with the aim to identify the possible intersections of M2M services with the EU regulatory framework for electronic communications. The report is a non-binding document and shall help to summarize the stakeholders’ views on regulatory issues with regard to M2M communication and identify the open issues which BEREC will have to tackle in its 2015 work-plan.
