BEREC views on the European Parliament first reading legislative resolution on the European Commission’s proposal for a Connected Continent Regulation
Following the publication of the European Parliament legislative resolution of 3 April 2014 on the Telecom Single Market Proposal[1](TSM), on 4 April 2014 BEREC published a short statement presenting BEREC views on the proposed changes. BEREC continued its detailed examination of the proposed amendments and prepared a more substantial opinion on the subject, which is presented below.
