Draft Decision of the Board of Regulators on BEREC Expert Working Groups 2016

Article 11 (1) of the Rules of Procedure of the Board of Regulators provides that the BoR “may decide to create Expert Working Groups to assist with the performance of the tasks and functions of BEREC and request the Office to provide support. The Chair of each Expert Working Group shall be designated by the Board of Regulators”. The decision re-establishes the existing Expert Working Groups for 2016. In view, that the current EWG-Co-Chairs have been appointed until 31 December 2016 by BoR Decisions of December 2014, February and July 2015 respectively the current EWG Co-chairs are formally confirmed for the year 2016.
