Ex-ante advertisement for a negotiated procurement procedure, with at least three tenderers, in order to acquire services or supplies of maximum price of 60.000 EUR: IMPLICATIONS OF 5G DEPLOYMENT ON FUTURE BUSINESS MODELS
BEREC and its Office were established by Regulation (EC) No 1211/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2010. BEREC shall contribute to the development and better functioning of the internal market for electronic communications networks and services, by aiming to ensure a consistent application of the EU regulatory framework for electronic communications.
The Office shall assist BEREC in this task, by providing professional and administrative support services. For more details on BEREC and BEREC Office please refer to the BEREC website. The BEREC Office hereby announces the launch of a low value negotiated procedure with at least three tenderers in order to establish a fixed price direct service contract within a maximum threshold of 60,000 EUR.
The purpose of the contract is to acquire a study on implications of 5G deployment on future business models.This publication is made pursuant to obligation under Article 124 (1) of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 1268/2012, as amended for contracts with a value between15 000,01 EUR and the Directive 2014/24/EU threshold.Interested economic operators may express their interest to participate in this low value negotiated procedure by sending their expression by 24 July 2017 in writing to the following mailbox: email@example.com
The economic operators which express their interest will be invited by the contracting authority to participate in the above mentioned procurement procedure. Nevertheless, the contracting authority reserves a right to invite other economic operators to participate regardless of the fact if they expressed their interest. The day of sending out the procurement documents will follow shortly after the deadline for expressing the interest to participate.
