In order to comply with Decision MC (10) 26 concerning the appraisal for the administrative manager of the BEREC Office and with Article 14 of the CEOS the BEREC Office Administrative Manager (AM) shall be subject to annual appraisal to be carried out by at least two reporting officers who will be selected amongst the Vice-Chairs of the BEREC Office Management Committee (MC). The current draft MC Decision has the objective to appoint two Vice-Chairs to assess the performance of the AM.
