Letter for submission of the Report on budgetary and financial management for the financial year 2014 to the EP, the Council, the Commission and the ECA
The provisions of Article 93 of the BEREC Office Financial Regulation require the BEREC Office to prepare a report on budgetary and financial management for the financial year. The report gives an account, both in absolute terms and expressed as a percentage of the rate of implementation of appropriations together with summary information on the transfers of appropriations among the various budget items.
In compliance with Article 93 (2) of the afore-mentioned Regulation the Report has to be transmitted by the Administrative Manager to the European Parliament (EP), the Council, the Commission and the European Court of Auditors (ECA), by 31 March of the following financial year.
The report was presented to the BEREC Office Management Committee at its 22nd plenary meeting 27 February 2015 in Berne (Switzerland) and will be included also in the consolidated annual activity report of the BEREC Office.
