Follow-up report on the discharge of the implementation of the BEREC Office budget for the financial year 2014

In compliance with the provisions of Article 110 of Decision of the BEREC Office MC on the financial regulation applicable to the BEREC Office in conformity with the framework Financial Regulation for the bodies referred to in Article 208 of Council Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 966/2012 on the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Union (‘the BEREC Office Financial Regulation’) the Administrative Manager has to take all appropriate steps to act on the observations accompanying the European Parliament's discharge decision and on the comments accompanying the recommendation for discharge adopted by the Council. At a request of the European Parliament or the Council, the Administrative Manager has to report on the measures taken in the light of any observations or comments made. Therefore, following the approval of the European Parliament decision of 28 April 2016 on the discharge in respect of the implementation of the BEREC Office budget for the financial year 2014 the Administrative Manager has prepared the current letter to follow-up report with the objective to reply to the comments accompanying the decision on the discharge adopted by the European Parliament. The current letter is copied also to the Council of the EU, the European Commission and the European Court of Auditors.
