In compliance with the provisions of Article 110 (2) of the BEREC Office Financial Regulation at the request of the European Parliament or the Council, the BEREC Office Administrative Manager has to report on the measures taken in the light of any observations or comments made. Therefore, following the approval of the European Parliament decision of 29 April 2015 on the discharge in respect of the implementation of the BEREC Office budget for the financial year 2013 the Administrative Manager has prepared the current letter to reply to the comments accompanying the decision on the discharge adopted by the European Parliament.

The current letter is copied also to the Commission and the European Court of Auditors.
