Draft BEREC Common Position on best practice in remedies imposed as a consequence of a position of significant market power in the relevant market for wholesale leased lines (Draft WLL CP).

The darft WLL CP was approved for public consultation by the Board of Regulators during its 12th plenary meeting held in Limassol on 27 and 28 September 2012.

The consultation will be run from 28 September to 18 October 2012.
