Draft BEREC Common Position on best practice in remedies imposed as a consequence of a position of significant market power in the relevant market for wholesale broadband access (WBA).

The draft was approved for public consultation by the Board of Regulators on 27 September 2012 in Limassol.

The consultation will be held in the periof 28 September - 18 October 2012.
